What is Isagenix covering for my hotel accommodations? What am I responsible for?
Isagenix will cover the room, tax, and resort fees for the nights of Nov. 29-Dec. 1, 2018 (three nights) for up to double occupancy.
As is standard, the hotel requires a credit card on file to cover any additional nights, upgrades, or incidentals during your stay, which will be your responsibility. If you wish to extend your stay, upgrade your room, or confirm any special accommodations, we recommend you contact the hotel as soon as possible. Please contact the hotel at 877-354-1399 and provide your confirmation number.
The hotel charges a one-time US$200 incidentals fee at check-in. The funds will be held during your stay and refunded upon checkout if unused.

What is included in the hotel resort fee?

The hotel resort fee includes:

  • A welcome signature beverage upon arrival.
  • Two bottles of water placed in the guest room daily.
  • Daily turndown service.
  • 24-hour fitness center.
  • Self and valet parking.
  • In-room safes large enough to fit your laptop.
  • In-room internet access with wireless capability and internet for multiple devices.
  • Porterage, bellman, and housekeeping gratuity as well as all other nonfood and beverage gratuities such as concierge, front desk, etc.
  • Note: Resort fee inclusions are subject to change without notice.

I see hotel accommodations are based on double occupancy. Are there fees associated with having additional guests in my room?

There is a US$50 per person, plus tax per night, charge for more than two adults in any room, with a maximum of four persons per room. There is no charge for children 17 years of age and younger staying in the same room with parents utilizing existing bedding.

How can I request early check-in, late checkout, a rollaway bed or crib, a microwave in my room, or other special hotel accommodations?

You can contact the Hilton Los Cabos directly at 877-354-1399 for all special requests. Isagenix will not cover any fees associated with special accommodations.

Can I add an additional room, extend my stay, or upgrade my reservation?

Of course! You are more than welcome to extend your stay in Cabo. However, please note that you will be responsible for any additional nights as well as any difference in flight prices, if applicable. Unfortunately, the hotel is unable to guarantee that they will have rooms available outside the dates of the event. If you extend your stay at the Hilton Los Cabos, pending hotel availability, the Isagenix group rate may be available three days prior and three days post the event. To extend your stay in Cabo, work directly with the hotel by calling 877-354-1399.

I already made my hotel reservation before receiving my confirmation number from Isagenix. How do I transfer my existing reservation so Isagenix pays for the nights I qualified for?

Email us a copy of your reservation and confirmation number at CanadaTopAchievers@IsagenixCorp.com by Oct. 12. We will reply within two weeks, confirming your reservation has been moved into the Isagenix block and that Isagenix will cover standard room, tax, and resort fees for the nights of Nov. 29-Dec. 1, 2018 (three nights) for up to double occupancy. If your reservation includes additional nights, upgrades, or other special accommodations, you are responsible for the additional costs.

I am no longer able to make it. How and when do I cancel my hotel reservation to avoid cancellation penalties?

Email CanadaTopAchievers@IsagenixCorp.com with your confirmation number by Nov. 2 to avoid penalties.

Will Isagenix provide flights, and what is included?

If you qualified under Luxury Level I, Isagenix will cover your round-trip economy airfare. You must book your flights through our travel agency, Christopherson Business Travel. CBT will reach out to you once you and your guest, if applicable, have completed the RSVP process.

  • Your flights will be covered on Nov. 29 and departures on Dec. 2.
  • If you choose to upgrade from economy airfare, and/or are traveling outside of these dates, you are responsible for any difference in flight prices.
  • Isagenix will not cover bag fees or seat reservation fees.
  • Any additional or nonqualifying guests will not have their flights or any fees paid for by Isagenix; however, you can coordinate and pay for their flights with a personal form of payment through our travel agency, Christopherson Business Travel.

I qualified for Isagenix to provide my flights, but I already booked them. Can I get reimbursed? How? When?

Yes, email us a copy of your itinerary and receipt at CanadaTopAchievers@IsagenixCorp.com by Oct. 12 so we can process your reimbursement. You will be reimbursed for standard economy airfare. Reimbursements will be made via your commissions. Please allow up to four weeks for your reimbursement to be processed. For future incentive trips, we strongly encourage you to book your flights through our travel agency for personalized assistance and enhanced travel experience.

What time should I arrive to Los Cabos?

You won’t want to miss our welcome reception from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29! We recommend arriving in Los Cabos by early afternoon to allow ample time for ground transportation, hotel check-in, and settling into your ocean view room before the festivities begin!

What time should I depart?

There are no Isagenix planned activities Sunday, Dec. 2. Please keep in mind the Hilton Los Cabos has a checkout time of 12 p.m. We suggest leaving the Hilton Los Cabos for the airport at least three hours prior to any international flight. If your flight isn’t until the evening, you may store your luggage with the Bellman; see the hotel front desk to arrange on-site.

Will Isagenix provide ground transportation?

If you qualified under Luxury Level I, Isagenix will cover your ground transportation to and from the Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) and the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort only.
If you qualified under Luxury Level II, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation, which we recommend booking here by November 12.

What transportation options are available to get me to/from the airport and hotel?

We strongly recommend you arrange your ground transportation prior to your arrival in Cabo. Tropical Incentives is pleased to offer you a convenient way to get from the Los Cabos International Airport to the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort. We will provide you with a link to book your transportation shortly.
For your own safety, the Los Cabos International Airport cautions travelers to ignore offers of transportation from solicitors in the terminals and non-uniformed persons offering to assist with baggage. Book your transportation in advance.
